The server is down right now

Do not keep restarting it. Another power cycle can turn a recoverable disk fault into data you cannot get back.

1. Photograph the screen and any red or amber lights.
2. Leave the server as it is.
3. Message us with the company name and what stopped: files, AutoCount, SQL, or the line.
